Go to Orders and Returns page and enter the required details.
- Order ID: The order ID consists of 20 alphanumeric characters. The order ID can be found in the order confirmation email.
- Billing Last Name: The registered last name in your billing address
- Find Order By: You have 2 options either by Email address that you used to place the order or Zip Code of your shipping address.
Click Continue to move to the next page.
