Unfortunately, fragile items are sometimes damaged in shipping.
We ask you to report to the Customer Care team the receipt of a damaged product immediately and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging. Just take a picture of damaged product and the packaging along with a detailed description of the damage and send it to us via the Return Form. If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won’t be able to file a claim with the carrier which means we can’t accept responsibility for the damages.
If you wish to return a product that was received with broken glass, chipped or dented, the standard return policy will apply. Please do not discard the damaged product or the packaging.
